John has trained thousands of clients and works with all fitness levels, from housewives, executives, track athletes, competitive bodybuilders, teens and seniors. "I train everybody differently, based on their goals. I work with a 73 year old who want to fight hypertension, high blood pressure, and arthritis. I also helped a 19 year old drop from 250 lbs to 150 lbs in one year, and he's kept it off."
John keeps it simple. "When we were kids we played and burned energy because we were always moving. You have to get off your butt and get into a fat burning mode. You get out what you put in, and you have to be consistent."
John has been certified by I.S.S.A, N.A.S.M. and was an instructor for the Harris County Sheriff's Department Officer Bootcamp. |
